Founded in 2017 as a traditional hosting and software development shop, Swift Racks began by building custom solutions as requested by its startup, nonprofit and SME clients. Examples of these solutions included websites, integrations and applications.
Over time, it became apparent that the majority of industry experts looking to innovate were simply drafting tech requirements with no actual product or tech expertise. These requirements were not realistic nor had they been validated in any way. The outcome of this process was a half-baked solution with no market fit that cost the client significant time and resources.
This realization prompted a pivot for SwiftRacks from a traditional software development team to a product development team, focusing on problem, solution and business model validation.
